SHIPPING RATES TO CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:
Standard Shipping (2-6 days): Flat Rate of $5.95 for any purchase under $55.00. FREE for orders over $55.00. Delivery is made by USPS.
UPS Ground (1-5 business days): Flat Rate of $10 for any purchase under $55.00. Orders between $55 and $100 it is a $3.00 Upgrade. Orders over $100 receive FREE UPS Ground Shipping.
2nd Day Air (2 business days): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location.
Next Day Air (1 business day): Shipping rate is calculated based on weight and location. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge and must be requested via e-mail after the order is placed.
Shipping to Military, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other territories are subject to an additional shipping charge. Rates are provided at checkout.

Orders placed before Noon ET are shipped the same day depending on product availability (if your order is placed after noon ET we will still do our best to get it out the same day). Orders placed after Noon ET are shipped the following business day.
CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
We ship with UPS & USPS for Shipping within the Continental United States (excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Virgin Islandsand APO/FPO). We offer free shipping via Standard Shipping on orders over $55.00 (after any discounts and excluding Sales Tax, which is only charged to orders being shipped in NJ). Any order that is under $55.00 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.95 for Standard Shipping or $10 for UPS Ground. Orders over $55 can upgrade to UPS Ground for only $3 extra and orders over $100 qualify for free UPS Ground Shipping.
UPS SurePost is a new service being offered by UPS that combines the speed of UPS and the delivery efficiency (and personalization) of the United States Postal Service. Please make sure that the shipping address that you provide to us is deliverable by your normal postal carrier. If your normal mailing address is a PO Box, please have your package ship to the PO Box.
Shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air will result in extra shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the package, and where the package is being delivered to. UPS only delivers packages on business days (Mon-Fri). Please be advised that fragrances and aerosol cans cannot be shipped via Air Shipping. They must be shipped via UPS Ground. If air shipping is chose for an order that contains fragrance of aerosol cans, we reserve the right to cancel your order or to adjust the shipping method. Please see below UPS map for Time In Transit estimates via UPS Ground. All orders received before 12 PM ET Mon-Fri are shipped the same day. Orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday. Some orders may be excluded due to fraud alerts or due to out of stock items. If this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail before the end of the business day. It is very important that when placing your order you provide us with the correct e-mail address as this is our primary contact method.
* Please be advised that there can be delays in Air Shipping with UPS due to "acts of God" (adverse weather conditions). These delays are out of our control and refunds cannot be provided for these delays.
HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, ALASKA, VIRGIN ISLANDS AND APO/FPO
Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges for these packages will be based on the size and weight of the package being shipped. Time in transit is normally 5-10 business days. All International Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping charges will depend on the size and weight of the package being shipped. There may be additional shipping charges for oversize or overweight packages (any package over 6 lbs). You will be notified before any charge is applied to your account. All International Orders MUST be shipped to the credit card billing address. It usually takes 3-5 days from the shipment date for packages to arrive in your country. Once your package arrives in your country, it has to clear your Customs Department. Once it clears your Customs Department, it is then sent to your local postal service for delivery to you. This process could take an additional 5-30 days. International and APO/Military orders are shipped every Friday. Although the vast majority of shipments are delivered to our customers within 10 days of our shipment date, we ask you to be patient and allow up to 45 days for delivery.
You will be responsible for any customs, duty, or other expense associated with your order. If you refuse to take delivery of your order for any reason, the shipping charge or any other expense related to the return of your order is not refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for mistakes in the shipping address at time of order. Please double check to make sure the shipping address that you enter is correct. This cannot be corrected once the order is shipped.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible our return and exchange policy is as follows:
Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.
Electrical Appliances (Blow Dryers, Flat Irons, Curling Irons, Nail Machines, Electric Mirrors, etc.) can be exchanged for replacement or other merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Image Beauty does not provide refunds on electrical appliances. Appliances are eligible for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, or exchange only within 30 days of purchase.
We guarantee all appliances for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your appliance becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the appliance for you at no cost. After 30 days, all appliances are covered under the manufacturer's warranty (see Warranty Information).
Image Beauty never wants our customers to be inconvenienced because of a defective appliance. If your appliance becomes defective within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will replace the appliance for you. All you need is a return authorization from us.
To receive a return authorization from us for a defective appliance covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com, requesting a return authorization number and instructions. Please be sure to provide us with your order number. A return authorization number and instructions will be e-mailed to you.
Please be advised that there will be a $12.50 processing fee for all appliances covered under the manufacturer's warranty (Continental US Customers ONLY. For all other customers please inquire with customer service about warranty replacement information). If your credit card information has changed from your previous order, please either let us know of your new information, or include a check/money order in the amount of $12.50 for your warranty exchange to be processed. Your warranty exchange will not be processed until payment is received.
Please know that you have the option of returning your defective appliances to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Our most important consideration is always "What's best for our customer." Our Warranty Replacement Service is our way of saying "Thank You" to you, our valued customers.
Please be advised that if your appliance is discontinued or we no longer carry that particular appliance, we will suggest a replacement for you.
Please note that Turbo Power, Solano & Elchim do not wish to participate in the warranty replacement program and request that customers return the product directly to them in accordance with their warranty.
To make an exchange or obtain a refund, notify us of your request. We will respond within 48 hours by providing you with a return authorization number and address to ship your purchase. DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IS SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. If your order received free shipping and your return causes your net order (after your return is deducted) to fall below our free shipping minimum, our shipping cost for your order will be deducted from your return credit/refund.
Due to Department of Health Regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any hair or cosmetic brushes, implements or other personal items. We are also unable to accept returns on any "Hair Wigs or Extensions", "False Eyebrows" and "False Eyelashes" under any circumstances.
We do not provide refunds if your hair color tube is completely used. Product should be strand tested before being used completely. Hair Color is to be used at your own risk.
Please note that manufacturer's update the packaging of their products regularly and sometimes we are not aware of changes. We are not responsible for packaging changes.
