Tips:

When using a round brush and blow-dryer, point the dryer down the length of the hair from root to ends to minimize frizz.

For optimal results, don't move the round brush and blow-dryer through the hair too quickly.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization number before making a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Used product, if still in reasonable condition, can be returned for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase.
