I hate this product two months after I got it, it just stopped working and I sent it in to be fixed not only did I have to pay to send it out but I had to pay for them to send it back to me. Once I got my new product it worked for not even a month and it did the same thing it just stopped working. I am now trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS CRAP!!!!!!

Loved this dryer the first few times I used it, definitely noticed how silky it made my hair. That didn't last though, and neither did the hair dryer. It just stopped working one morning, but I will say I got more life out of it than the previous poster, mine went for about a year and a half.
Dries hair fast; light weight by Lauren from Columbia, SC
I've had my blow dryer for a little over 2 years now. The only problem I had is that the attachment cracked and doesn't stay on the blow dryer anymore. Other than that I think this is a great blow dryer. It's light weight, it dries my hair fast (and my hair usually takes a really long time to dry), any of my friends who have borrowed it love it.
