Domestic Shipments:
Orders received by 9am M-F Eastern Time will be shipped that same day. Orders received after 9am Friday-Sunday will be shipped Monday. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. We ship exclusively through UPS. UPS rates are based on delivery to you between Monday and Friday. UPS does not deliver Ground, Next Day, or 2nd Day shipments on Saturday or Sunday. There is no UPS Ground shipping charged to you for orders totaling $55.00 or more (excluding NJ Sales Tax for NJ residents). There is a nominal charge for shipping orders under $55.00. Any shipping charge will be automatically calculated at checkout.

International and APO Shipments:
We ship international orders via Parcel Post-Air. It usually takes 3-5 days from the shipment date for packages to arrive in your country. Once your package arrives in your country, it has to clear your Customs Department. Once it clears your Customs Department, it is then sent to your local postal service for delivery to you. This process could take an additional 5-30 days. International and APO orders are shipped every Friday. Although the vast majority of shipments are delivered to our customers within 10 days of our shipment date, we ask you to be patient and allow up to 45 days for delivery. Shipment tracking for International/APO orders.is not available. You will be responsible for any customs, duty, or other expense associated with your order. If you refuse to take delivery of your order for any reason, the shipping charge or any other expense related to the return of your order is not refundable. Return Policy:
In order to keep our prices as low as possible our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, in its original purchase condition and packaging.

Electrical Appliances (Blow Dryers, Curling Irons, Nail Machines, etc.) can be exchanged for replacement or other merchandise within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, any defective appliance should be returned to the warranty service center designated by the manufacturer of your appliance.

To make an exchange or obtain a refund, notify us of your request. We will respond within 48 hours by providing you with a return authorization number and address to ship your purchase. DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IS SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. If your order received free shipping and your return causes your net order (after your return is deducted) to fall below our free shipping minimum, our shipping cost for your order will be deducted from your return credit/refund..
