WHAT IT IS

Aquage Transforming Paste is a powerful texturizing product that combines the flexibility of a wax with the hold of a hairspray. Its non-greasy formula lets you direct, shape and mold your style.

WHY YOU SHOULD USE IT

Aquage Transforming Paste turns your hands into the ultimate texturizing tool. As you run your fingers through the hair it helps create definition, separation and random texture. Unlike most texturizing products, Transforming Paste creates hold and texture simultaneously—providing long-lasting style retention while maintaining strand flexibility.

WHEN TO USE IT

Primarily we recommend using Aquage Transforming Paste on dry hair that’s been styled with your favorite Aquage Styling product. After you’ve achieved the desired base for your style, Transforming Paste creates separation and random texture. A secondary use is on short, textured cuts—use Transforming Paste on wet hair and either allow the hair to dry naturally or tousle dry using your fingers and a blow dryer to create maximum separation and randomness.

HOW MUCH TO USE

It depends on how thick your hair is and on how much texture you want to achieve. Transforming Paste is a powerful product, so we recommend starting with a small amount and re-applying as needed. It’s important to always apply in pea-sized increments and thoroughly emulsify the product in your palms and between your fingers before applying to the hair. Your hands become a “styling glove” allowing you to transform your hair’s natural texture.

HOW TO USE IT

Be sure Aquage Transforming Paste is evenly distributed on your palms and between your fingers. Run it through your hairstyle directing your fingers from roots to ends. Continue to re-apply until you feel you have enough product in the hair to create the desired level of texture. For maximum randomness, separation and definition, flip your head upside down and tousle dry with your blow drier set on high heat and high air. This allows strands to form and create maximum texture.
